1. About Samples
We offer free samples for your evaluation. If samples are available, we typically provide 2-3 pieces per item at no cost. Generally, samples can be dispatched within 2 days after your request is confirmed.
2. About Design & Customization
We support custom design projects. Our professional design team can develop product designs based on your specific requirements. Opening new moulds for your samples is also an available option.
3. About Colors
For color matching, we utilize the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure accuracy. You may provide the specific Pantone color codes you need. We can also advise on current popular color trends.
4. About Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Lead Time
MOQ: Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is 5,000 pieces. However, we are flexible and can accept lower quantities for trial orders.
Production Lead Time: The standard production lead time is approximately 30-45 days. Expedited production, around 20 days, may be possible under certain circumstances. For items in stock, we can arrange shipment within 3 days after order confirmation.
5. About Payment Terms
Our standard payment term is by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading. We are also open to other payment methods such as Western Union or Letter of Credit at sight.
